Tame Valley

woke up to a cooler and fresher day this morning which is good as we had 11 locks to do and in the heat it's a nightmare, came across 3 empty pound's on the flight which had to be filled from above which also ended up being my job seeing as the boy's were getting a little frustrated to say the least.

Looking up Perry Barr flight

3 Pounds were like this

Looking back down the flight

CRT yard top of the flight

Artistic graffiti under the bridge
High above the houses

Not sure what these are but there's loads

Another one

Very high bridge

Most of the canal was this straight

That straight you didnt need to look haha

Approaching the Aquaduct

Leaving it all behind

Tame bridge parkway station

Filling the pounds took us about 2 hours so we lost some time there, not seen a single boat on here since we joined the Tame Valley Canal neither moored or moving, there's not even a boat yard or marina here.
